What are the item dimensions?

The dimensions are 43" L x 24" W x 33" H. The wooden tub also includes an adjustable wooden seat so you can find right seating height for the most comfortable experience.

How long does it take to chill/heat?

The heating/chilling unit can change the water temperature about 6-8 degrees per hour so starting at 75 degrees it would take 3-4 hours to get below 50 or above 100. It is recommended to be used exactly like a hot tub where you keep the temperature slightly above/below the temperature you want to use it at and set the desired temperature 30 minutes before you want to use it. For example, if you want it to be at 102F then you should keep the unit at 96-98 when you aren’t using it. It is more efficient to use it this way than to heat/cool from ambient water temperature each time.

How loud is the item?

The chiller unit has a noise level below 52 dB, which is equivalent to a refrigerator level of noise.

What maintence needs to be performed?

This item contains an external stainless steel filter that will clean the water while it is in use. This filter needs to be cleaned about every 3-6 months, depending on the amount of usage. The filter needs to be replaced once a year. The water should be replaced roughly every 3 months or sooner if the unit has been idle for sometime.

Can this item fit 2 people?

This item can only comfortably fit 1 person

Does the cover lock?

The wooden cover contains a lock on it to ensure no children will be able to easily get into the tub.

Does this unit include a manual?

What is the warranty policy?

All of our items include a 1 year warranty, that covers any malfunctions or damaged items. This includes the item not reaching the advertised temperature within a few degrees. This also includes leaks in any tubs, shoud they occur. The damaged or defective item will be fixed or replaced free of charge.
